 2. The petitioner seeks an enquiry and

 investigation in the scam of hirda plants by the office

 of the Criminal Investigation Department and by the
 office of Anti Corruption Bureau of State into the
 purchase and sale of Hirda plants by the Tribal
 Development Corporation. The relief sought is on

 general allegations made in the petition and it has
 been further prayed that this Court should direct
 respondent nos. 1 to 3 to fix a scheme for purchase

 and sale of Hirda the medicinal plants from the tribal
 farmers on par with Cotton procurement, Sugar cane
 procurement and Onion procurement by granting minimum
 support price to the farmers.

 3. This being a policy matter, it is left to the
 State and, therefore, we dismiss the petition with no
 order as to costs.
