 1 In this application the applicants have

 prayed for condonation of delay of 15 days in
 filing the application with a further relief that
 the main prayer made in prayer clause (b) of the
 application be heard on merits and the final
 revised/modified scheme for common admission
 process Exhibit F to the application be allowed.

 2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing
 for the parties. Vide judgment of the Division
 Bench dated 10th August 2006, it was noticed by
 the court that the matter has been substantially

 resolved before the court and the scheme
 formulated and placed on record of the court
 contains a salutary provision that would protect
 the interest of all concern. Resultantly, the court
 ordered adherence to the schedule. For variety of
 reasons, which have been stated in the application,
 the management has approached this court for

 alteration of the schedule, as it was not possible
 for them to adhere strictly to the schedule
 prescribed under the orders of the court.

 3 For the reasons stated in the application and
 as the learned counsel appearing for all parties
 were ad-idem that the schedule would necessarily
 requires certain changes,of course there was some
 difference of opinion between them with regard to
 the proposed changed dates of the schedule.

 4. Having given our considered thought to the
 entire matter as well as keeping in view the stand
 taken by the different parties to the application,
 including the State, we direct that the schedule of

 altered/modified as per the dates referred herein

 We further direct that all the parties concerned shall
 adhere to the above schedule without fail. The last
 counselling/selection list shall be prepared by
 centralized counselling at the place to be notified by
 the State Government where individual colleges shall
 hold counselling and prepare final list of admission to
 the course and submit the same to the Committee. We
 further make it clear that while examining the question

 with regard to the consequences resulting from non
 submission of retention forms, the direction of the
 court contained in Writ Petition No.961 of 2007 in the

 case of Dr Akshatha Divakar Prabhu and ors vs. The
 State of Maharashtra and anr decided on 21st June 2007
 shall be kept in mind. With the above directions this
 application stands disposed of finally by condoning the
 delay in filing the application.

 All the parties concerned to act on the ordinary
 copy of this order, duly authenticated by the Private
 Secretary.
