1. The learned Advocate General appearing for
the Respondents states on instructions that the
Respondents have considered the request on behalf of
the Petitioner to opt for a voluntary retirement

instead of the decision of the administration for
dismissal of the Petitioner. He further submits
that in case necessary representation in that regard
is made by the Petitioner within one week, the same
would be considered as expeditiously as possible and
possibly within eight weeks.
2. We accept the statement on behalf of the
Respondents and on such statement being made, the
learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions,
craves leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty
to make such representation for due consideration
thereof by the High Court Administration in terms of
the statement made by the learned Advocate General.
The Petition, while accepting the said statement,
stands disposed of as withdrawn with the said
liberty. Rule stands discharged. No order as to
costs.
