The learned Advocate for the petitioner states
that in order to enable the petitioner to make a proper
representation to the competent authority, the
petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the petition with
the said liberty. The learned AGP appearing for the
State states that in case such a representation is made,
the same will be decided in accordance with the
provisions of law as expeditiously as possible. While
granting such liberty, the petition is allowed to be
withdrawn and stands disposed of accordingly.
