. Rule. Heard forthwith.
. The Petitioner was allottee a Zunka Bhakar
stall. He has been directed to hand over the
possession of the premises. Similar matters
arising out of the orders of this court are pending
before the Apex Court where the Apex Court has
directed maintenance of status quo, till the SLPs
before it are disposed of. The S.L.P.s. are still
pending. Considering the above, present petition
can be disposed of by issuing the following

directions :
. The Respondents are directed not to take steps
to take possession of Zunka Bhakar stall from the
Petitioner till the decision of the Apex Court in
the pending S.L.P.s. It is further made clear that
the petitioner will be subject to the order passed
by the Apex Court. It will be open to the
Petitioner if advised to also intervene before the
Apex Court, if in law Petitioner is so entitled to.
With the above observations, Petition stands
disposed of.
