.According to the petitioner himself, the
constructions have been demolished. Once that be the
case, no relief would be available to the petitioner.
It will be open to the petitioner, if in law he is so
entitled, to apply to the Corporation for development
permission and for the Corporation to consider the same
according to law. We also make it clear that if the
petitioner has any other grievance against respondents,
it will be open for him to avail of such remedy before
the competent forum.
