. The challenge to the Securitization Act has
since been negatived. Consequently as the main
challenge has been rejected, nothing survives in
this petition. The petitioner has remedy of
preferring an appeal against the notice issued to
him.
. However, in terms of the order dated 7.1.2004
there was interim order. That order will continue
for the period of four weeks from today. With the
above observations, rule discharged. No order as
to costs.
