. By this application, it is the contention of the Petitioner again for the same relief of awarding
decree of divorce as was set out in Civil
Application No. 22 of 2005.
. At the hearing the party in person states that the Family court has no jurisdiction as Khadakwasala does not fall within the jurisdiction of the Family Court. If that be the case, it will be open to the applicant herein who is Plaintiff before the Family Court to raise the said contention before the Family Court and if such contention is raised, Family Court to dispose of

the same according to Law. With above
observations, Civil Application stands disposed of.
