1. The matter was heard at length
on 8.2.2006 and in my order of the
said date, I have clearly
mentioned that there was no
substance on merits in the
application. Since an offer of
Rs.2,00,000/- for settling the
matter was made on that date, the
matter was adjourned to see if
there was likelihood of settlement
particularly as the Complainant
had agreed to settle at the said
amount.

2. Today a statement was made by
the Advocate for the applicant
that her client was willing to pay
only Rs.20,000/-. In the
circumstances, no settlement is
possible. On merits, I already
heard the matter and found no
substance. Hence, application is
dismissed.
