1. This is a petition challenging an
order dated 7.12.2005 passed below
Exh.1 in Cri. Appeal No.113/2005. By
the impugned order the II Addl.Sessions
Judge,Thane has released the accused on
bail pending the appeal and directed to
deposit Rs.25000/- in the lower court
towards the compensation on or before
31.12.2005. In my view, there is no
ground made out for interference in the
discretionary order passed by the II
Addl. Sessions Judge. Time to make
deposit is however, extended for two
weeks from today. Petition stands
disposed off.
