revision applications before any single
court. C.R.A. No.956 /2005, 957/2005
are pending in Court No.58 and other
two C.R.A. Nos. 318/2005 and 319/2005
are pending before the Sessions Judge
at Sewree Court. The application for
clubbing is not annexed to the

petition. It is sought to be contended
before me that the Apex Court order is
in favour of the petitioner. If that
is so, it can be produced in court. No
infirmity found. Hence, petition
rejected.
