 . Heard the learned Advocate for the
 applicant and learned APP for the State.

 . Earlier also this applicant has applied for
 bail. The last order in that regard is dated 10th
 January, 2006. While rejecting the bail
 application the Division Bench of this Court gave
 liberty to the applicant to apply for parole to
 attend to his wife’s hospitalisation.

 contends that, thereafter the applicant has filed
 his application to the Authorities on 21st
 January, 2006, but, his grievance is that, till
 today the competent authority has not decided that
 application.

 3. The learned APP to communicate the

 competent authority to decide the application of
 the applicant for parole within one week from the
 communication of this order. The authorities to
 communicate their decision to the applicant
 immediately thereafter.
