. Heard	Mr.Arfan Sait with Mr.Tendulkar	appearing
for the petitioner.	The petition is filed	submitting
that respondent	no.7 had given serious threats	and
that he should	be taken in custody and his	parole
should not be	extended. Now it appears that	these
threats disappeared	and that is how Mr.Sait	and
Mr.Tendulkar are	seeking to withdraw the	petition.
We fail to underst	and as to how these kind of	threats
were given and	now disappeared. In any case,	the
petitioner is not	desirous and is not interested	in
prosecuting the petit	ion any further. We dismi	ss the
petition. The	State will continue in its eff	orts to
trace the respondent no.7 so tha prison at the earliest.	t he is sent to the
