The matters are taken up through video conferencing. The appearance of the ld. Counsel for the parties are as above. It is noticed that the vacation of stay applications are neither numbered nor appears in the cause list therefore, the registry was directed to number the vacation of stay applications and prepare & upload supplementary cause list. The direction is complied by the registry.
MP-PMLA-7463/DLI/2020 (U.H.), MP-PMLA-7576 & 7577/DLI/2020 (Vacattion of stay) in FPA-PMLA-1683, 1684, 1678, 1679/DLI/ 2017
The ld. Counsel for the respondent has filed an urgent application alongwith two applications in aforesaid appeals for vacation of stay order dated 02.03.2017 passed by this Tribunal, on the ground stated therein. It is submitted by applicant that the copy of the applications were sent to Sh. Vijay Aggarwal, who used to appear for the appellants.
On perusal of appeal records, it is seen that a fresh vakalatnama has been filed by Sh. Bhuvnesh Satija and Vibhooti Malhotra, Advocates on 23.05.2019 and Sh. Vijay Aggarwal appearance is not found since then.
In view of above, notices alongwith copy of aforesaid applications are required to be sent to the parties and their advocates on record in the address furnished.
Upon hearing, the registry is directed to send notice along with copy of the order to Sh. Sohit Chaturvedi, Ms. Anju Chaturvedi (appellants in appeal no. FPA-PMLA-1683 & 1678/DLI/2017) and Sh. Eshan Chaturvedi, Ms. Neelima Chaturvedi (appellants in appeal no. FPA-PMLA-1684 & 1679/DLI/2017) and also to their advocates who are on records. the notice also be sent to the respondent(Enforcement Directorate) who shall serve the notice along with copy of applications to the aforesaid appellants and their advocates.

Since, on the basis of urgent application, the vacation of stay applications would be taken up on 30th September, 2020, therefore, the urgent application bearing no. MP-PMLA-7463/DLI/2020 is accordingly disposed of.
