George, appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that in view of the last order dated 2nd March, 2017, his client has verified the position at the site who has been informed that the rental value of per property is Rs. 2,50,000/-. The said statement is denied by Shri Vijay Aggarwal, the learned counsel for the appellant who submits that he would produce the documents in order to show that the said statement is not correct.
