As far as interim stay in respect of immovable property is concerned, learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the amount fixed by this Tribunal as usage charges is being deposited and the appellant would keep on depositing the said amount till the decision of the appeal unless the order is modified after filing the Valuation Report. Let the reply be filed by the respondent alongwith Valuation Certificate within four weeks.
