The learned counsel for the respondent states that use and occupation

charges have not been deposited on time by the appellant. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants have deposited the use and occupation upto March, 2019. However, he admits that there may be some delay in depositing. It is clarified that in case, in future, if, the use and occupation charges is not deposited on time, then the Interim order will be likely to vacated. Since the order is not strictly complied by the appellants, delay is condoned subject to cost of
