The learned counsels for the appellants Ms. Mannat Singh with Sh. Chetan Pandya appeared. They stated that they have filed an application for transfer of this case to the bench of Chairman/Division Bench although on the last occasion, it was made very clear that this case is not against the same OC which was before the Chairman/Division Bench and hence there are no grounds for transfer. The counsel for the appellant also seeks time till 11th March, 2019 to file their rejoinder as they have received the reply today. Allowed.
