In the last order dated 21.05.2019 of this Bench in the first paragraph after the sentence “it has been brought to my notice that the appellant immediately the same day approached the Bench of Shri Manmohan Singh, who was also sitting as single member bench that day and again pleaded for the stay although it was not listed before for Bench”, the following shall be added:
“The learned counsel for the appellant fairly agreed to the above fact that notwithstanding the vacation of the stay by me the same day they had again pleaded for the stay before single bench of Shri Manmohan Singh. The

learned counsel for the respondent, on a query from the Bench, stated that he had objected to the same as only appeals to the High Court could have been filed if the appellants were so aggrieved, but the same was not accepted by the said Bench of Shri Manmohan Singh and no heed whatsoever was paid and nothing to that effect was recorded in the order of Shri Manmohan Singh dated 07.03.2019.”
