Heard both the parties in the matter of stay. The learned counsel for the appellants is pressing for status quo order as of today, as he is apprehending that possession of properties may be taken by the respondent in view of the earlier notice under section 8(4) of the PMLA,

The learned counsel for the appellant has also drawn our attention in this appeal that the interim protection was given by the Hon’ble Member on 26.02.2019. He has also pointed out that Interim Order was vacated on 7^th March, 2019. Since the earlier application for stay has already been dealt with and disposed of and no fresh application has been filed, the appellant is at liberty to file the application for stay with an advance copy to the counsel for the respondent if they so desire.
