Mr. Nitesh Rana, learned counsel for the respondent states that in terms of the order dated 28th November, 2018, all the documents are received by him. He would be filing the same within one week with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the appellant. Both the parties are also allowed to file the written synopsis by the next date.

In FPA-PMLA-1904/LKW/2017 & FPA-PMLA-1905/LKW/2017, in terms of the last order dated 28^th November, 2018, Mr. Nitesh Rana, learned counsel for the respondent states that draft for sum of Rs. 2.83 crores is ready with the respondent and he will file the photocopy of the same in the Registry as well as serve the copy to the learned counsel for the appellant.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that interest accrued to the said amount shall also be kept in the FDR. Let separate FDR be prepared for the interest component within four weeks from today.
