This order is passed in continuation with order dated 6^th July, 2018, 9^th July, 2018 & 7^th September, 2018. The learned counsel for both the parties is aggreable with the contempt petition as far as the stay application is disposed with the content that the amount ceased by the respondent from the bank of the appellant shall be kept in the FDR in the name of the ED and the said FDR shall be deposited for one year and the same shall be deposited with the Registrar general of this Tribunal
