The learned counsel for the respondent does not dispute the order passed on 9th May, 2016 by the Magistrate Court, Hyderabad where the appellant has been acquitted. However, he submits that the order has been passed on technical grounds which is disputed by the counsel for the respondent.
The counsel for the appellant at the same time admits that the complaint under PMLA is still pending. We will examine the said aspect as to whether any benefit can be denied by the appellant despite of pendency of complaint under section 3 of the PMLA, 2002.
