Earlier, Mr. S. A. Saud, Advocate who was earlier appearing on behalf of the respondent has resigned from the panel of the Respondent. The respondent’s proxy counsel seeks time to inform the respondent to engage another counsel to argue the matter on behalf of the respondent. Counsel for the appellant has no objection for an adjournment.
