pleased toto issue a Writ, One in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Wirt, Direction or Order declaring the action of the 5th respondent in insisting the petitioner to get No Objection Certificate from the respondents 2 to 4 in respect of R.C.C. building vide D.No. 7-62 in Sy.No. 296 to an extent of 4189.5 Square feet situated at Panchayat ward 7, Mutyalareddypalle Village, Tirupathi, Tirupathi Urban Mandal, Chittoor District and not informing the stamp duty and registration charges payable to register the said land in favour of Vendee of the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice, and consequently direct the 5th respondent to receive, admit the sale deeds in respect of above said land for registration and release the same, in the interest of justice, and pass

The Court made the following ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the petitioner has not provided sufficient proof that the representation was duly addressed to the respondents. Conversely, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will make an application before the Grama Sachivalayam.

In view of the submissions made by both the learned counsels, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the matter by directing the petitioner to make an application within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and thereafter respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner, after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any other interested parties. Such final orders shall be passed on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
