the principles of Natural Justice apart from being voilative of the fundamental rights guaranteed to the petitioner under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to cancel the petitioner's House Site patta bearing plot no.203 with an extent of Ac.0.02 cents situated in modal colony in Survey No.329 of Bhakarapet Revenue Village under patta HS No/44/2018, dated 09/08/2018 as per File No. C/168/2018 of 4th respondent without following due process of law and pass such other orders as are deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.

On 15.07.2019, this Court had passed interim order directing the parties to maintain status quo regarding the subject property.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel on both sides consented to dispose the writ petition by making interim order absolute.

¶34

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is hereby disposed of and the interim order granted by this Court on 15.07.2019 is made absolute. However, it is open to the respondents to take necessary action in accordance with law adhering to the principles of natural justice. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
