When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri T.V.S. Prabhakara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, without arguing the matter on merits, submitted that the petitioner is ready to present the necessary documents for registration and requested that the respondent authorities be directed to consider and process the same, in accordance with law.
