The instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following main prayer:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Kishore, advocate, representing Sri K.Rajanna, learned counsel for the

petitioner, submits that in view of subsequent events taken place in the lis, he sought permission to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to prefer a representation to the concerned authority by enclosing the relevant documents and put forth his case comprehensively.

For the said submission, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geology submits that she has no objection and as and when the petitioner prefers a representation with all relevant data, the concerned authority will dispose of the same in accordance with law.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:

the petitioner is hereby directed to prefer comprehensive written representation by enclosing all relevant documents and G.Os to substantiate his assertions, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order;

in the event of such representation, the competent authority shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three (03) months from the
