This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief:

“.... to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the impugned letter No.4408/D1-2/2021, dated 01.09.2021 issued by Respondent No.2 on the basis of G.O.Ms.No.65 dated 30.8.2021 as illegal and arbitrary and without jurisdiction r/w Art.14 and 19 of the Constitution of India and consequently set-aside ....”

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Jetti Santhi Kiran, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that in view of the subsequent G.O.Ms.No.100, Industries & Commerce (MinesII) Department, dated 26.06.2025, the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to work out his legal remedies.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his legal remedies in accordance with law. There shall be no orders as to costs.
