No one appeared for the writ petitioners either physically or through video conference.

Sri R.Mallikharjuna Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that basing on the report of the 6^th respondent, police registered a case in Cr.No.74/2019 of Jaladanki Police Station on 04.05.2019 against the petitioners and others for the offence U/s.498-A IPC and U/secs.3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. Later, laid charge sheet vide C.C.No.154/2022 on the file of Addl.Judl.Magistrate of First Class, Kavali against the petitioners and another. The learned Magistrate conducted trial and on merits, acquitted the petitioners and another for the above offence, and therefore, the writ petition becomes infructuous.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that no further orders are required at this length of time, and the writ petition has become infructuous.
