No one appeared for the writ petitioner either physically or through video conference, though the matter is posted under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Earlier also, there was no representation for the writ petitioner.

Sri R.Mallikharjuna Rao, learned A5ssistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that police completed investigation in Cr.No.193/2018 of Krosuru Police Station, Palnadu District, and the investigation reveals that the matter is of civil in nature and therefore, it was referred as ‘civil in nature’ vide proceedings dated 30.11.2022. In that view of the matter, the writ petitioner has to approach proper forum for necessary redressal in accordance with law, and the writ petition is not maintainable.
