This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

“….to issue a Writ, in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, direction or order declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not registering an FIR pursuant to the petitioner's complaint dated 25/06/2019, which was received on 27/06/2019 in the Office of the Superintendent of Police, West Godavari, and assigned S.No.605/CCC/Roc.2019, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure and consequently direct the respondents to initiate appropriate action by registering crime and to pass…”
