This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

“….to issue a writ order or orders more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents No.2 and 3 in executing the Non-Bailable Warrants issued against the respondents No.4 to 6 in C.C.No.25 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ongole, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Art. 14 of the Constitution of India and consequentially to direct the respondents to execute the Warrants issued in C.C.No.25 of 2017, on the file of the Court of the III Additional Junior Civil Judge Ongole, against the respondents 4 to 6 forthwith and pass…”
