ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with

the following prayer for:

“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the highhanded action of the respondents in imposing house arrest of the petitioners and repeatedly paying domiciliary visits to the houses of petitioners and insisting them to appear before their authority and not allowing the petitioners to enter into their agricultural lands by causing infringement of fundamental rights of the petitioners, as illegal, irregular, irrational, without any authority or sanction of law and violative of articles 14, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents particularly respondents 4 and 5 not to pay unnecessary domiciliary visits to petitioners' houses nor insist them to appear before their authority and pass.…”

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petition may be disposed of, since the relief has become infructuous in this matter.
