ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with

the following prayer for:

“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 4 in not providing police aid for cultivation of my lands and the lands of the other farmers in Sy. No's 390, 391, 393, 392, 370, 371, 377, 379, 378, 400 in Nandivada Village, Nandivada Mandal, Krishna District and not initiating necessary action on my complaints Dt. 18.11.2020 as illegal, irregular, arbitrary and offends Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of constitution of India and violative of provisions of Code criminal procedure, 1973 and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to grant necessary police aid for my cultivation and initiate necessary action against the 5^th respondent and her henchmen on the said complaints in the interest of justice and pass….”

Heard Sri K. Ratna Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition as and when required.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh writ petition as and when required. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
