This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“…Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue any appropriate Writ, Order or direction preferably a Writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 3rd respondent in not registering the FIR basing on the representation dated 16-07-2019 duly submitted by the Petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and against the principles of natural justice, as also contrary the provisions of section 154 Cr.P.C. and clear violation and disobedience of the orders of the Honble Apex Court and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry and register the FIR against the offenders as per the representation dated 16-07-2019 pending disposal of the writ petition and pass.…”

Heard Sri Ganesh Bhujanga Rao Vadduri, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is a case of non registration of FIR, inspite of submitting representation by the petitioner dated 16.07.2019.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents seeks time for getting written instructions in this matter.

As can be seen from the record, the petitioner has been waiting for the

reply for the past five years. In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition is
