Heard Sri V.Chetan Kumar, learned counsel representing^SriK.Pavan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents¹ to 3. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents^2and3arenot considering the representation dated 28.04.2025 made by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation dated 28.04.2025 (Ex.P.1) requesting the respondent authorities to issue a Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed in respect of Ac.0-37 cents in Sy.No.549-3 of Madanur Village, Kothapatnam^Mandal, Prakasam District. However, the respondent authorities have not acted upon the said representation.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on oral instructions, would submit that the petitioner has to make an application under Form VIA as per Rules 18 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Lands and Pattadar Pass Book Rules, 1989 (for short “the Rules”) made under Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Book Act, 1977 (for short “the Act”) by annexing all the relevant document through online.
