This Criminal Revision Case is filed against the order dated 07.07.2017 in M.C.No.36 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-VI Additional District Judge, Kadapa, Kadapa District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by filing the divorce petition, parties have compromised the dispute and permanent alimony has also been fixed and paid. Hence, the cause in the Criminal Revision Case does not survive and requests to close this matter.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed since the cause does not survive.

Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
