This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. aggrieved by the order dated 31.01.2017 passed in Crl.M.P.No.459 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.243 of 2016 on the file of the Special Judge for Trial of Cases under SCs & STs (PoA) Act-cum-VIII Additional District & Sessions Judge, West Godavari, Eluru, with a request to pass order of stay of proceedings in D.V.C.No.22 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Eluru, West Godavari, pending disposal of the matter.

The appellate Court allowed the Crl.A.No.243 of 2016 in part by setting aside the impugned order passed in D.V.C.No.22 of 2015 in respect of the relief granted under Section 22 of Domestic Violence Act, 2005, to pay

compensation amount of Rs.10,00,000/- and the rest of the relief granted are confirmed.

As seen from the case details obtained from the e-Courts website shows that Crl.A.No.243 of 2016 was disposed of on 09.12.2019. In view of the same, this Court finds that the cause in the Criminal Revision Case does not survive.
