This Criminal Revision Case is filed against the order dated 01.06.2017 passed in Crl.A.No.118 of 2015 on the file of the learned Special Judge for Trial of Cases under SCs and STs (POA) Act, 1989-cum-VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, West Godavari District, Eluru.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is compromised outside the Court and requests to grant permission to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case.

Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
