This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, was filed by the

appellants/respondents aggrieved by the orders, on the petition filed under Section 7, 10 and 25 of Guardian and Wards Act, dated 04.02.2004 in G.O.P.No.143 of 2000 by the Court of III Additional District Judge, at Visakhapatnam. The date of birth of the minor as reflected from the record is 04.04.1996. The minor has therefore attained majority. This C.M.A. is dismissed as infructuous.
