This Civil Revision Petition under Section 115 of Code of Civil Procedure, was filed against the common judgment dated 14.02.2000 passed in O.S.No.204 of 1993, by which a suit of the plaintiff/respondent No.2 was partly decreed confirming the findings of the Arbitrator with respect to all the claims except the 6^th claim of the plaintiff/respondent No.2.

No one represents the petitioner. The matter is of the year 2001, and hence the same is dismissed for want of prosecution.

No costs. As a sequel, all pending miscellaneous petitions, shall stand closed.
