Sri S. Gopala Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, appeared through online and submitted that subsequent to filing of O.A.No.418 of 2019, which was re-numbered as W.P.(A.T.)No.570 of 2022 consequent on abolition of Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, the petitioner again filed W.P.No.13416 of 2019 and the same was disposed of by an order dated 13.09.2022 with a direction to the respondents to reconsider the case of the petitioner, basing on G.O.Ms.No.661, GA (Ser.G) Department dated 23.10.2008 for appointment of the petitioner under compassionate grounds to any suitable post within a period of six (06) weeks. Challengingthesaid order, the respondents have preferred Writ Appeal (SR)No.30339 of 2023 and the same is pending for consideration.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition (AT) is dismissed aswithdrawn. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
