The present Writ Petition is filed against issuanceof G.O.Rt.No.48, Education (Pe.Prog.II) Department dated 23.01.2014 issued by constituting a District Level Committee of nine officers of Government as its members.
- Today when the Writ Petition came up for hearing, Sri G.Tuhin Kumar, learned counsel appearingfor the petitioner submitted that the cause in the presentWrit Petition does not survive and has become infructuous in view of the subsequent G.Os issued by the Government.
- Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
