- Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that, one Meda Subrahmanyam, President of Vasavi Coop. Store had lodged a complaint on 29.12.2012 with this respondent police station, stating that the HonTile Court passed orders to vacate the abovesaidland so he requested the police to take necessary action. Basing on the said complaint, the respondent police enquiredthematter and revealed that the matter relates to civil in nature,hence

the police suggested the complainant to approach an appropriate civil Court for redre ssal. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that the contention of the petitioner that, the respondent police interfered with civil dispute relating to the open space in Sy.No. 1924-1 and 1925 situated at Tilak Road, Ananthapuramu is False, hence denied.
