India, seeking the following relief:
“…. to issue an appropriate Writ more in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent i.e., the Deputy Commissioner issued Notice Rc.No.A1/11643/2011, dt.22-11-2011, Endowments Department, Kakinada, East Godavari District, in seeking to constitute a Trust Board to Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple attached to the Petitioner Institution, under the Provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable & Hindu

Religious Institutions & Endowments Act, as being arbitrary, illegal and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution and the Provisions of the Endowments Act and consequently direct the Respondents not to interfere with the administration of Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple, Tallur (V), Gandepally (M), East Godavari District, situate in the Petitioner Mutt ….”
