This writ petition is filed declaring the action on the part of the respondents No.l to 4 in not taking any action^onthe representation made by the petitioner dated 17.9.2014 against the respondent No.5, as illegal and arbitrary.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing,^none appeared for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home is present and furnished a copy of^written instructions, issued by the Sub Inspector of Police, Vedullapalli P.S.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent instead of taking action against the said Jayaprada for not paying the chit amount to the members, at the^behest of said Jayaprada for the reasons best known to him registered two crimes i.e., Cr No.41/2014 under Section 323, 506^and 509 IPC dated 1.8.2014 and Cr.No.52/2014 under Section 506, 509, 34 IPC on 15.9.2014 against the petitioner^andher family members. Due to previous dispute in a path way, a case in Cr.No.27/2014 under Section 324 r/w 34 IPC of

Vedullapalh PS on 22.6.2014 against the petitioner and her family members. No action was taken by the respondent No.5 against the complainant, used to visit the house of the petitioner, abusing her and threatened her with dire consequences.

On hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that, except registration of criminal cases against the petitioner and her husband in the crime (1) Cr.No.27/2014 under Section 324 r/w 34 IPC of Vedullapalli PS; (2) Crime No.41/2014 under Section 323, 506 and 509 IPC of Vedullapalli PS and (3) Cr.No.52/2014^under Sections 506, 509 r/w 34 IPC of Vedullapalli PS, the respondent No.5 has not harassed, threatened and interfered with the life and liberty of the petitioner at any point of time.

Recording the submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader, nothing survives in the present writ petition for adjudication and hence the same is liable to be closed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
