2012 has been registered. During pendency of this Writ Petition, the respondents/ police have investigated the case and filed Charge Sheet vide C.C.No.394 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Kothavalasa. Later, the same was ended in acquittal on 18.03.2024. Hence, the cause in this writ petition does not survive and requested to close the same.

Recording the submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader, Home for the respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
