This writ petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:-

“....to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus,^{declaring-the} action of Respondents 3 to 10 in not issuing No Objection Certificates to petitioners to start D.El.Ed, B.Ed., B.P.Ed. M.Ed. and 4 years degree integrated courses and for additional^intake as required by second respondent for submission of applications to second respondent for grant of formal recognition for^theacademic year 2016-17 as arbitrary, illegal and consequently direct the respondents 3 to 10 to issue No Objection Certificates to petitioners to start D.El.Ed, B.Ed., B.P.Ed. M.Ed. and 4 years degree integrated courses and for additional intake^asrequiredby second respondent for submission of applications to second respondent for grant of formal recognition for the^academicyear 2016-17, and pass..."

On 21.05.2015, this Court granted the following interim^order:-

“It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners^thatin similar circumstances, this Court granted interim orders^on13.04.2015 in W.P.No. 13589 of 2015.

In view of the same, there shall be interim direction^asprayed for."
