This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India seeking the following relief:-
“... to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to set aside the Memo No.ESE01TEDN0AIDI(MISC)/5/2019-TRAINING 24.12.2019 of the 1st Respondent by declaring the same as illegal, arbitrary, violative of provisions of Education Act, National Council for Teaching Education Act, Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1983, Andhra Pradesh Language Training Colleges (Regulation of Admissions rules 2007), violative of G.O.Ms.29 dt.29.03.2007 and GO.MS.No.29 dt.20.02.2008, consequently direct the respondents to approve, ratify the list of students admitted and verified under Managemnet quota for category B and list of students admitted for Spot admissions under convenor quota of category A for the academic year 2018-19 without LPCET2018 for the petitioners Language Pandit Training Colleges and to pass any other order or orders…”
